Central City Radio Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CentralCityRadio.com, the Central City Radio mobile application, our digital radio stations, podcasts, and any other services operated by Central City Media, LLC ("Central City Radio," "Central City Media," "we," "our," or "us") (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any manner that violates applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Services or its underlying systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from the Services
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Services in a manner that exceeds normal use
• Submit content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate another person or entity

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

The Services contain content owned by Central City Media, LLC and its licensors, including radio programming, podcasts, music, artwork, logos, text, and other materials (collectively, "Content").

All Content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Content without prior written permission.

User-submitted content, including listener messages, Talkback recordings, and contest entries, remains your property. By submitting content, you grant Central City Media a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Services and related programming.

The Services are supported by advertising, sponsorships, and promotional partnerships. Advertisements may be served by Central City Media or third-party advertising partners, including Google AdSense and Google AdMob.

Central City Media is not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or the products and services advertised. Any dealings with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

From time to time, Central City Radio conducts contests, sweepstakes, and promotions. Participation is governed by our Official General Contest Rules and any specific rules published for a particular promotion.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win unless otherwise stated.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, embedded media players, and external services that are not operated by Central City Media.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Central City Media disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any content is accurate or reliable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Central City Media, LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona. You waive any right to a jury trial in connection with any dispute related to the Services.

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
