Central City Radio Official Contest Rules

Contests conducted by Central City Radio are open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, unless otherwise specified in the Specific Contest Rules for a given Contest. Void where prohibited by law.

The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win any Central City Radio Contest:

• Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of Central City Media, LLC, its affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, divisions, suppliers, distributors, and advertising, promotional, and judging agencies (collectively, the "Contest Entities");
• Individuals employed by any other radio station, television station, or competing media outlet;
• Members of the immediate families (spouse and biological, adoptive, or step-parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, and siblings, and each of their respective spouses regardless of where they reside) of any of the above individuals;
• Household members (whether related or not) of any of the above individuals. "Household members" means people who share the same residence at least three (3) months per year.

• For local contests and sweepstakes: an individual may win only once (1) every seven (7) days.
• An individual may not win more than three (3) times in any one calendar month.
• Only one (1) winner per household is permitted in any contest or sweepstakes.
• The same individual may not win more than one trip or travel prize to a specific event.
• Sponsor reserves the right to set additional limitations on prize frequency in Specific Contest Rules.

The method of entry will be specified in the Specific Contest Rules for each Contest. Entry methods may include, but are not limited to: on-air call-in, website entry form, app entry, social media participation, or text message entry. No purchase is necessary to enter or win unless otherwise stated. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

Unless otherwise stated in the Specific Contest Rules, limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, per household during any Contest period. Multiple entries from the same person, email address, or household beyond the stated limit will be disqualified. Use of any automated system, bot, macro, or other means to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

All entries must be received by the deadline specified in the Specific Contest Rules. Entries received after the stated deadline will not be eligible. Central City Radio is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries.

Unless otherwise specified in the Specific Contest Rules, winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received. Drawings will be conducted by a representative of Sponsor or a designated third party. Decisions of Sponsor with respect to the selection of winners are final. Entrants need not be present to win unless Specific Contest Rules state otherwise.

Potential winners will be notified by telephone, email, or direct message as specified in the Specific Contest Rules. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt, or if the potential winner is found to be ineligible or in non-compliance with these General Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Sponsor is not responsible for failed notification attempts due to incorrect contact information provided by the entrant.

Potential winners may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within the time period specified in the notification. Failure to return required documentation within the specified time period, or if prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. By accepting a prize, winner consents to use of their name, voice, and likeness for promotional purposes by Central City Radio without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

The prize(s) for each Contest will be described in the Specific Contest Rules, along with the approximate retail value ("ARV"). Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be substituted except at Sponsor's sole discretion or as required by law. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to provide a Social Security Number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number for tax reporting purposes. Any prize with an ARV of $600 or more may be reported to the IRS on Form 1099.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest period and will vary by Contest.

By participating in any Contest, entrant agrees to: (a) be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final; (b) not participate on behalf of any employer or third party; (c) be disqualified and forfeit any prize if found in non-compliance with these Rules; and (d) be available to participate in any required portion of the Contest if applicable.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who: tampers with the entry process or operation of the Contest; acts in a disruptive, unsportsmanlike, or annoying manner; provides false or misleading information; or violates these General Rules or Specific Contest Rules. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of a Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws.

Central City Media, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend any Contest at any time without prior notice, including if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest. Sponsor is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, failure of performance, communications line failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to Contest entries.

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Central City Media, LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liability of any kind arising from or related to participation in a Contest, acceptance or use/misuse of a prize, or any travel related to prize fulfillment. Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer or mobile device resulting from participation in any Contest.

Personal information collected in connection with any Contest will be used by Central City Media, LLC solely for the purposes of administering the Contest and, where permitted, for promotional communications from Central City Radio. These Official Rules and any disputes arising from any Contest shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona. As a condition of entry, each entrant waives any right to a jury trial in connection with any Contest-related dispute.
