Central City Radio Accessibility

Effective Date: October 24, 2026Last Updated: October 24, 2026

We are committed to making CentralCityRadio.com, the Central City Radio mobile app, and our digital content accessible to everyone — including listeners with disabilities.

1Our Commitment

Central City Media, LLC ("Central City Radio," "Central City Media," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to making CentralCityRadio.com, the Central City Radio mobile application, and our digital content accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities.

We believe that audio entertainment, news, and community should be available to all listeners. We continually work to improve the usability and accessibility of our Services for users of all abilities.

2Accessibility Standards

We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities.

Our efforts include designing with semantic HTML, providing text alternatives for non-text content, ensuring sufficient color contrast, and supporting keyboard navigation across our website and mobile application.

3Audio Content and Captions

As an audio-first network, much of our content is delivered through streaming radio, podcasts, and live events. We recognize that audio content may not be fully accessible to listeners who are deaf or hard of hearing.

Where feasible, we provide transcripts, written summaries, or text-based alternatives for podcast episodes and select programming. We continue to explore ways to expand transcription and captioning across our content.

4Mobile Application

The Central City Radio mobile application is designed to support the accessibility features of your device, including screen readers, voice-over, and system-level display settings.

We work to ensure that playback controls, station browsing, and podcast features remain navigable for users who rely on assistive technology.

5Ongoing Efforts

Accessibility is an ongoing process. We regularly review our Services, listen to feedback, and make improvements to reduce barriers for users with disabilities.

Some third-party content, embedded players, or advertising widgets may not yet fully meet our accessibility goals. We work with our partners to encourage improvements where possible.

6Feedback and Assistance

If you encounter an accessibility issue on CentralCityRadio.com or our mobile app, or if you need assistance accessing our content, please let us know. We take accessibility feedback seriously and will do our best to address your concerns.
